At Rani Brand Factory Store, we strive for the highest quality in every spice and snack; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer returns only for damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Upon arrival, please check your package for any signs of transit damage or missing items from your spice and grocery list.

  Document the Issue

  Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the original packaging labels to help us process your claim quickly.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos to receive a return authorization or a direct replacement.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once approved, we will either ship out a fresh replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
